These Terms of Service are a preliminary framework for Tervaliqo's future digital products and SaaS services.

These terms will govern access to and use of Tervaliqo products once commercial products are released. Product-specific terms may also apply.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information, protect their account credentials, and use Tervaliqo products lawfully and in accordance with any product-specific usage rules.

3. Fees and billing

Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal terms and any trial conditions will be shown on the relevant product page and checkout before purchase.

4. Service changes

Tervaliqo may improve, update or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Material changes affecting paid customers will be communicated where appropriate.

5. Disclaimer and liability

Final warranty, disclaimer and limitation-of-liability language will be completed before the first paid product goes live and will reflect the nature of that product and applicable law.
