These Terms govern access to and use of Tervaliqo products, including RetailTrend Insights and AI-Powered Niche Market Data Aggregator.

1. Product and payment

RetailTrend Insights v1.1.1 is offered for USD $10 as a one-time payment. AI-Powered Niche Market Data Aggregator is offered as a USD $5 monthly subscription. The applicable product, price, and billing period are shown before checkout. A one-time payment does not guarantee perpetual hosting or lifetime service. Subscription access continues for the paid billing period and may be managed through the payment provider.

2. License and acceptable use

A license key may be issued for a purchase. You must protect the key, use the product lawfully, and process only information you have the right to use. Sharing or reselling access, misuse, interference with the service, or unauthorized access is prohibited.

3. Your data and results

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawful use of data you provide. Current product analysis runs locally in your browser. Product output is informational and is not accounting, legal, financial, or business advice.

4. Service changes and availability

Tervaliqo may maintain, improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. No uninterrupted or error-free operation is promised.

5. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees about business outcomes. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
