Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid Tervaliqo products, including one-time purchases and subscriptions.

1. Before purchase

Product scope, price, billing period, and applicable conditions are shown before checkout. Please review them before purchasing or starting a subscription.

2. Refund requests

If a product does not operate as described or you have a billing concern, contact support with the product name, purchase email, approximate purchase date, and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, license keys, or sensitive source data.

3. Review of requests

Requests will be reviewed based on the purchase circumstances, product access or delivery, these policies, and applicable law. Approval is not automatic merely because a request is submitted. Cancelling a subscription affects future billing and does not automatically create a refund for an earlier charge.

Where a payment provider's mandatory refund rules or applicable consumer-protection law apply, those rules take precedence.
