This policy describes how Tervaliqo handles information in connection with its website and software products.

1. Product data processing

RetailTrend Insights reads and analyzes the selected sales CSV locally in your browser. AI-Powered Niche Market Data Aggregator analyzes the text you enter locally in your browser. These source contents and results are not uploaded to Tervaliqo or Lemon Squeezy by the current applications and are not permanently stored by them.

2. Purchase access and support information

Where license verification is used, the license key and a browser-instance identifier may be sent directly to Lemon Squeezy's License API and stored in that browser to support access. If you contact support, Tervaliqo processes the information in your message to respond. Do not email confidential source data, passwords, or license keys.

3. Website and service operation

Hosting, payment, licensing, and security providers may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website and applications. Tervaliqo does not claim to use analytics or advertising trackers that are not currently implemented.

4. Retention and disclosure

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for its purpose or legal obligations. Information may be disclosed to service providers supporting operation of the service or where required by law.

5. Requests

Privacy rights vary by location. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
